Quality Products: The manufacturers that we deal with have multi-million dollar state of the art finishing systems including green and environmentally friendly stains and topcoats. Local millworks or custom cabinet manufacturers have a low-tech finishing process that are not eco-friendly or long-lasting.

Contractor Referrals: With other kitchen dealers, they often require that if purchasing cabinetry from them, their installers must be used. With High Country Kitchens, the client chooses from a smorgasbord of options for their particular project. We are happy to help you with cabinets, countertops, plumbing supplies, cabinet hardware, installation or any combination of the above. We have installation experts that have provided quality remodeling for over 30 years. We will also provide support to your own contractor or installer.

On-Site Visits: Do the big box stores come out and field measure to ensure proper cabinetry dimensions? We do! Do the large discount suppliers make periodic field visits and/or phone calls to monitor the progress of your project? We do! Will the large kitchen design firms provide assistance with finishing up those “nagging little details” such as additional trim needed, or cabinet inserts like cutlery trays, tray dividers, or spice racks? We do!

A Full Service Showroom: When shopping on the internet, it is often difficult to tell colors, shapes and other details from the picture provided. High Country Kitchens has over a dozen different cabinetry displays along with hundreds of different door styles and many different woods and stains in house for you to select from. And when selecting countertop materials or backsplash materials we can meet with you at several of many local distributors to help you in choosing your perfect look. Family Owned and Operated: The buck stops here! As a family owned and operated business for more than 41 years, we have had virtually no personnel turnover. We depend upon your satisfaction; as so we are more motivated to make you completely happy than the national chain store who only wants to make the sale. All of our trained professionals are paid a salary and give you their undivided attention unlike commission based salespeople in other kitchen cabinet stores.

Help With Simplifying Your Project: The cabinet lines we’ve elected to carry offer a large amount of flexibility in terms of price, quality and options. We only handle products from reputable manufacturers offering the best value for a variety of budgets, from the simplest re-dos to the most elaborate additions. We don’t feel that it is necessary to overwhelm and complicate an already confusing situation by displaying more choices. Too many selections can often bewilder the best of us!

Fair Payment Policy: Many big box or factory direct stores require 100% payment up front. At High Country Kitchens, we ask for a 25% deposit, with balance upon delivery.
